Casa Olivia is a stunning country house set in three acres of land amongst fields of cherry, oak and truffle. It enjoys views of rolling hills, distant mountains and the medieval hill-top town of Penna San Giovanni. The large lawned garden is planted with olive, cypress and mature elm. Located at the end of a private road, guests at Casa Olivia are ensured privacy and tranquillity.

Spacious and luxurious, the house blends traditional Italian architecture with contemporary style. Immaculately presented, it has been designed to facilitate social living with open plan sitting rooms, dining areas and terraces. The accommodation is arranged over three floors and consists of five en-suite bathrooms, two sitting rooms, inside and outside dining and a fabulous stainless steel teaching kitchen with open fire for cooking over hot coals. Underfloor heating and open wood fires create cosy evenings in.

There are easy walks from the house and freedom to roam as you please. Head across the fields or amble along the river and spot the local wildlife – birds of prey, wild boar and deer are common sightings.

Located on the border of Macerata and Ascoli Piceno provinces, the house is ideally located to explore the food and wine traditions of these rich rural landscapes.
